Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Zehlendorfs zwischen S-Bahnhof Zehlendorf, S Sundgauerstraße und U-Bahnhof Oskar-Helene-Heim.
Durch die Nähe zur Freien Universität Berlin, eignet sich die Wohnung auch super für Studenten. Auch Praktikanten können die Wohnung mieten, da wir für kürzere Zeiten vermieten.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 555 Euro im Monat zuzüglich 25-35 Euro für Strom und kann von einer oder zwei Personen gemietet werden.
Das Apartment verfügt über Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wannenbad und großem Balkon.
Auf den Fotos sieht man zwei Einzelbetten, es kann aber auf Wunsch auch ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch ist ein Kinderbett möglich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit
diversen Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher u.a.Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen Fernseher.

The appartment has 36m² and is furnished and has a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and balcony.
We also rent to Erasmusstudents or interns from abroad as we rent for short terms!
The Free university is close by (you can take the bus for 5min or go easily by bike) so it would be perfect for students. You have two S-Bahn statioan and one U-Bahn station nearby so that you can reach the city center well.
Th rent is 555 per month plus 25-35 Euro for electricity. Gas and water is already included in the 555 Euro.
