Die Wohnung ist geräumig und liegt im Hinterhaus, wodurch man vom Straßenlärm abgeschirmt ist. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet und man kann sich hier richtig wohlfühlen. Die Bücher lasse ich da, falls jemanden doch die Lust aufs Lesen packen sollte. Einen Schrank würde ich zudem komplett ausräumen, damit es genügend Platz gibt. In der Küche gibt es viele Töpfe, Teller und auch ein Waffeleisen, sowie Espressomaschine
Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage, in der nähe vom Landwehrkanal und in wenigen Gehminuten vom nächsten U-Bhf (Rathaus Neukölln/Karl Marx Straße). entfernt. Zudem gibt es hier viele Bars und auch günstige Restaurants im Kiez und einen Späti gleich an der Ecke.
Bitte nicht in der Wohnung rauchen und auch keine Parties schmeißen.
Ein Waschsalon ist gleich um die Ecke.
