Looking for an apartment or room in a shared apartment for long term

I am 21 years old and come from Stockholm, Sweden. I moved here about 9 months ago and have been living in Wedding with two friends who are now moving. I am currently working at a café by Hallesches Tor and am planning on studying at a University here in Berlin next year. I am looking to study something to do with illustration or game development as I would want to work as a game artist eventually. I don't smoke and don't have pets, I am very organized and keep my living space clean. I don't speak much German but am planning on taking a course or lessons in the fall as I am planning on staying in Berlin for a while.
