Employed, 26 Year Old Gay Male Looking for Housing (6-12 months)

Ich hoffe, diese Nachricht findet Dich gut. Ein wenig über mich; Ich habe am College darstellende Künste studiert und war als Schauspieler, Autor und stellvertretender Bühnenmanager in den Vereinigten Staaten tätig. Ich liebe auch Filme und mache manchmal zum Spaß Kurzfilme. Mein Job ist jedoch der Kundenservice. Ich beginne am 17.08.23 eine Anstellung bei Founder. Ich bin ein schwuler Mann und 26 Jahre alt. Ich bin ein US-Einwanderer nach Deutschland, lebe aber hier, da ich einen irischen Pass (doppelte Staatsbürgerschaft) habe. Ich habe keine Haustiere, bin haftpflichtversichert und mein Einkommen nach Steuern sollte bei etwa 1.500 Euro im Monat liegen. Ich habe vor, hier zu bleiben und zu arbeiten und mein Deutsch zu verbessern (habe gerade mit A2 begonnen). Ich respektiere gerne den Geräuschpegel und räume gut auf! Ich liebe Filme, Spaziergänge in der Natur, Kreativität und Lesen. Ich bin meinen Mitbewohnern gegenüber nicht unfreundlich, kommuniziere gerne und sorge dafür, dass sie sich in der Unterkunft respektiert fühlen. Während ich meine geselligen Momente habe, habe ich auch gerne Zeit für mich.

I hope this message finds you well. A little about me; I studied performing arts in college and have been an actor, writer, and assistant stage manager in the United States. I also love film and make short films sometimes for fun. My job is in customer service, however. I am starting employment with Founder on 17.08.23. I am a gay male and 26 years old. I am a US immigrant to Germany but live here as I have an Irish passport (dual citizenship). I do not have any pets, I have liability insurance, and my income after taxes should be around 1,500 Euros a month. I plan to stay and work here and improve my German (just started A2). I like to be respectful of the noise level and clean up well! I love movies, nature walks, creativity and reading. I am not unfriendly towards my roommates, I like to communicate and make sure that they feel respected in the accommodation. While I have my social moments, I do also like to have time to myself as well.
