I am an Italian architect with a regular employment contract, I am 27 years old, and I am looking for an apartment to live in from November 2023. My office is located near Friedrichshain, so ideally, I would like to find a home in that area, but I am also very open to other locations. I place great importance on cleanliness and punctuality in payments, so I will certainly be a good tenant. I hope to have the opportunity to view your apartment!
