Suche Berufstätigen WG oder Wohnung ab Dezember

Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich habe die letzten zwei Jahre im Ausland (Portugal + Brasilien) studiert und habe Anfang Oktober einen Job in Berlin gestartet.
Aktuell wohne ich übergangsweise in einer WG bis Ende November und Suche daher ab Dezember eine neue Bleibe.
Interessant wären sowohl Übergangslösungen ab drei Monaten (dann auch gerne möbiliert) als auch unbefristete Angebote.

Ich werde vermutlich unter der Woche die meiste Zeit im Office sein, jedoch vermutlich auch Mal 1-2 Tage die Woche von Zuhause aus arbeiten. Daher wäre es optimal, wenn ihr auch berufstätig seid und deswegen unter der Woche einen ähnlichen Lifestyle pflegt. Am Wochenende bin ich unternehmenslustig, treffe mich gerne mit Freunden, schaue Fußball oder gehe in Bars. Ansonsten versuche ich Sport zu treiben und bin auch gerne in der Natur unterwegs. Mein guilty pleasure ist der Deutschrap. Hier schaue ich mir sämtliche Interviews an und gehe gerne auf Konzerte. Ich würde mich generell als sehr offene und unternehmenslustige Person beschreiben, die aber ab und zu auch Zeit für sich braucht.

WG-technisch ist mir ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit wichtig, jedoch bin ich nicht zu pingelig. Mir ist es wichtig dass man sich als Mitbewohner gut versteht und auch eine gewisse Grundsympathie vorhanden ist. Ob und wie viel man dann zusammen unternimmt, zeigt dann die Zeit :)

Lage bin ich flexibel, aber innerhalb des Rings wäre super, da ich in Mitte arbeite.

I studied abroad (Portugal + Brazil) for the last two years and started a job in Berlin at the beginning of October.
I am currently living in a shared flat until the end of November and am therefore looking for a new place to live from December onwards.
I would be interested in both temporary solutions of three months or more (and would like to live there) and permanent offers.

I will probably be in the office most of the time during the week, but will probably also work from home 1-2 days a week. Therefore, it would be ideal if you also work and therefore have a similar lifestyle during the week. On weekends I am adventurous, like to meet friends, watch football or go to bars. Otherwise, I try to do sports and also like to be out in nature. My guilty pleasure is German rap. Here I watch all interviews and like to go to concerts. I would generally describe myself as a very open-minded and enterprising person, but one who also needs time for himself from time to time.

In terms of living in a flat-share, a certain degree of cleanliness is important to me, but I'm not too fussy. It is important to me that you get along well as flatmates and that there is a certain basic sympathy. Time will tell whether and how much we do together :)

The location is flexible, but within the ring would be great, as I work in Mitte.
