Hallo, leider muss ich meine Wohnung in Berlin wegen Umbau verlassen, ich werde für 2 Monate in Südamerika sein und am 14. Februar wieder in Berlin sein. Deshalb bin ich auf der Suche nach einer wohnung, an der ich zurückkehren kann (idealerweise für ein paar Monate, obwohl ich flexibel bin) und von wo aus ich in einem entspannteren Tempo nach einer dauerhaften Wohnung suchen kann.
Ich habe einen festen Job als Importeur von Premium-Weinen für einen Distributor hier in Deutschland, in Südamerika werde ich auch arbeiten. Ich kann alle notwendigen Dokumente vorlegen.
Ich bin ruhig, verantwortungsbewusst und ein Nichtraucher.

Hi, unfortunately I have to leave my flat in Berlin due to renovations, I will be in South America for 2 months and will be back in Berlin on the 14th of February. Therefore I am looking for a place to return to (ideally for a few months, although I am flexible) and from where I can look for a permanent flat at a more relaxed pace.
I have a permanent job as an importer of premium wines for a distributor here in Germany, I will also be working in South America. I can provide all the necessary documents.
