Hallo! Ich bin Doktorand aus den USA und mache ein Forschungsstipendium an der FU. Ich suche gerade eine Einzelwohnung idealerweise ab dem 1sten Februar bis zum Ende Juli 2024. Also eine Untermietung bzw. Befristetes Mietverhältnis wäre ideal. Zu mir ich bin ruhiger Mensch und rauche nicht. Freue mich sehr auf deinen Kontakt. Z. z Wohne ich in Berlin und kann sofort eine Besichtigung machen.
