Berufstätig auf der suche nach einer Unterkunft ende Juni Anfang Juli 2024

Ich bin Paolo 42 Jahre alt berufstätig, in Berlin seit 2 Jahre. Ich suche nach einem ein Zimmer Wohnung oder auch einem wg mit max 2/3 Mitbewohner, Ende Juni Anfang juli 2024 für mindestens ein Jahr.

Ich arbeite meistens von zu Hause als digital marketing SEO/SEM manager. Ich bin eine ruhige Person, und mag allein zu sein sowie auch zusammen Zeit verbringen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne unterwegs, im Cafés und ab und zu auch Clubs/disco am Wochenende. Ich bin eine saubere und respektvolle Person.

Ich brauche die Anmeldung bzw. Ummeldung in meinem Fall.

I am Paolo 42 years old italian professional, in Berlin for 2 years. I am looking for either an one room apartment or a private room in a shared apartment with no more than 2/3 flatemates, at the end of june/beginning of July.

I work remotly as SEO/SEM manager, therefore a quite and professional environment is important for me. I am a respectful and clean person, I like spending time together with friends as well as staying on my own. In my free time I am pretty often outside, in coffee shops and restaurants and sometimes in the weekends also clubs/disco.

I have got all the needed documents i.e Shufa, payroll etc.
