Hi everyone,
I am currently looking for a studio/1- bedroom apartment
- Location: flexible, ideally Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichschain, Kreuzberg, Mitte, Moabit, Charlottenburg, Rummelsburg, Neukölln
- Move-in date: from June 2024 (or earlier)
I have all the relevant documents (including contract, payslips and SCHUFA (request now) ) available and can bring them along to the apartment visit.
About me:
- I have been in Berlin for 2 years, currently working full-time in an IT team
- I do not smoke, have no pets, and love plants
- In my free time I play the piano, take dance lessons, practice improv theatre, or travel around
- As a tenant, I appreciate order and cleanliness. Also, I understand the importance of taking care of the apartment and respecting the neighbors
- I speak English and German fluently
