I am looking for an apartment, preferably a one room apartment with a double bed. I dont mind living with roommates as long as they are clean. I am a quiet clean tenant who enjoys reading and Netflix in my free time as well as various art forms and socialising with my friends. I work as a Food&Beverage host at a hybrid hospitality company in the city centre so an apartment with good connections to public transport would be ideal. Ideally, the apartment is fully furnished with washing machine and equipped kitchen, has a terrace/balcony and not too far from supermarkets. I smoke occasionally so a smoking friendly apartment or apartment with a dedicated smoking area i.e a terrace would be much preferred. Long term rent period is most desirable
