Looking for Year Long Furnished Rental for Visiting Researcher

Hi! My name is Octavia ans I will soon be a visiting researcher at FU Berlin studying plants. I’m hoping for a place close to public transport that I can use to get to work most days on the West side of Berlin.

I am a recent college graduate from Brown University here in America and I will be living for at least a year in Berlin. I have an open and bubbly personality, and I am a social person. I have also been learning German for the past few months in preparation for my stay.

I don’t smoke inside, I cook often, so I am hoping for some kitchen space, and, again, I would like a place close to public tranportation on the Western side of Berlin. Ideally, I would like to live in Neuköln, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg or Tempelhoff area. I am also open to Freidrichschain, but this is not as ideal. My rent budget is 300-450€ and of course the housing must come with Anmeldung for regustration.
