Looking for a room or studio (WBS or not) long-term

I'm looking for a room or apartment from May, moving date is flexible, it can also be in June or July. I have a WBS 140.

I am a very responsible tenant, I am always on time with the rent, I can present the rental certificate and Schufa (request now) , and I am very respectful to the wishes of the landlord regarding the apartment and can take good care of it.

I am currently taking intensive German lessons and I am currently in the process of writing for an education in the field of media design. In my spare time I do contemporary dance, sing in a Spanish choir, rub sports, read and write and spend time with my friends. I'm a vegan and love animals, but I don't have a pet here and I don't want to keep one here either.

I hope to find a nice apartment that I can call my home in the long term.

I am a very responsible tenant, I am always on time with rent, I can provide the Rental Debt Certificate and Schufa (request now) , and I very am respectful of the landlords wishes regarding the flat and can take good care of it.

I am currently taking intensive German classes and I am in the process of enrolling on a study in media design. In my free time I do contemporary dance, sing in a Spanish choir, I play sports, I love to read and write and donate time with my friends. I a vegan and I love animals, however I do not have a pet here and do not intend to have one either here either.

I hope to find a nice apartment that I can call home for long term.

Ich suche ein Zimmer oder eine Wohnung ab Mai, Umzugstermin ist flexibel, es kann auch im Juni oder Juli sein. Ich habe eine WBS 140.

Ich bin ein sehr verantwortungsbewusster Mieter, ich bin immer pünktlich mit der Miete, ich kann die Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung und Schufa (request now) vorlegen, und ich bin sehr respektvoll gegenüber den Wünschen des Vermieters bezüglich der Wohnung und kann gut auf sie aufpassen.

Ich nehme zur Zeit intensiven Deutschunterricht und bin gerade dabei, mich für eine Ausbildung im Bereich Mediendesign einzuschreiben. In meiner Freizeit mache ich zeitgenössischen Tanz, singe in einem Spanischen Chor, treibe Sport, lese und schreibe gerne und verbringe Zeit mit meinen Freunden. Ich bin Veganerin und liebe Tiere, allerdings habe ich hier kein Haustier und habe auch nicht vor, hier eines zu halten.

Ich hoffe, eine schöne Wohnung zu finden, die ich langfristig mein Zuhause nennen kann.
