I’m a 29-year-old working student at UDK and TU Berlin, with a background in chemical engineering and music. I’m looking for a peaceful and comfortable space where I can focus on my studies and work. Cleanliness and maintaining a cozy atmosphere are very important to me, as I spend most of my time at school and work.

Though I enjoy socializing, I prefer a quiet living environment and don’t plan to host frequent gatherings. As a musician, I don’t practice at home, so my activities at home are usually reading, watching movies on my laptop, or cooking.

I’m responsible with rent payments and can provide all the necessary documents to confirm this. Additionally, you’re welcome to contact my previous landlords for references. While I speak and understand German fairly well, I’m still building confidence in relying solely on German for conversations.
