Hey, suche coole, nette Wohnung in Berlin ( brauche die Anmeldung)

Hey there,

Franz here (he/him)! German name, but not from the motherland. So, my German is still a work in progress :-)
I am currently searching for a flat on my own. Preferably long-term, but I can manage short-term (min. 6 months) if needed. Also, I would need to be on the Anmeldung though.
I’m a pretty chilled and responsible person. I’ve lived in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and have been fortunate enough to visit other parts of the world.

Cleanliness and respect are important to me, but I’d say the main key to a positive relationship with a flat owner is trust. I like to have my relationships based on open communication, a place where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and being considerate of the space we share.

On a personal level, I’m very interested in music (sounds super cliché, but I’m pretty eclectic). My interests range from anything artistic to discussions about the world (politics, economics, etc.). And to top it off, I like to keep active with a healthy dose of sport.
Because community matters to me, I try to be an active member of those that resonate with me here in Berlin. For instance, I’ve recently been volunteering for "Decolonoize Berlin," a FLINTA collective aiming to strengthen BIPOC artists from the fields of punk, rock, indie, alternative, and traditional music.
