Seeking July-August rental

I am an American man living in France for over 10 years. 48 years old, non-smoker. I only speak English and French.

I will be in Berlin from 1/7 to 31/8 so I need an apartment for all of July and August.

I will be playing music in Berlin all summer. My friends live in Mitte, so I would like a place not too far from that neighborhood if possible.

I will need a bed and all basic furnishings, and I would like an internet connection.

I would like a parking space for my car. A balcony would be nice.

I am responsible and will keep the place clean and respect the privacy of the neighbors. Though I am a musician I will not bother people with my music.

I was in Berlin last summer, and am looking forward to another sunny summer in a nice place.
