Hallo! Ich suche ab sofort eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung zu Zwischenmiete (ich kann auch Hauptmieter sein). Ich wohne und arbeite in Berlin in Kundendienst. Ich habe viele interessen aber überhaupt will ich allein zu leben. WG ist nicht mehr für mich. Ich bin unkomplizierte, nicht raucher, 34 Mann. Ich suche etwas um 350-400 Euro alles drinn. Als Hauptmieter etwas max 300 kalt. Lieblingsbezirke: Prenzlauer Berg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Treptow, Kreuzberg. Ich überlege auch Angebote für Wedding-Mitte.
