Ich suche ein(e) Zwischenmieter(in)(oder ein Paar) für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung in Berlin/ Neukölln. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Internet und ein Klavier. Die Küche ist groß genug, man kann dort sitzen und es gibt auch ein Fenster zum ruhigen Hof hinaus. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Neuköllns: Geschäfte, Verkehrsanbindung, Bars, Cafes usw. Ich würde mich sehr auf einen symphatischen, zuverlässigen und ordentlichen Zwischenmieter freuen!Bis bald!
I'm looking for a tenant (or a couple) for my cozy 1-bedroom apartment in Berlin / Neukölln. The apartment is furnished, there is a washing machine, internet and a piano. The kitchen is large enough, you can sit there and there is also a window to the quiet courtyard beyond. The apartment is located in the center of Neukölln: shops, public transport, bars, cafes etc. I would be very glad to have a sympathetic, reliable and decent interim tenant!See you!
