Non-Smoker, Artist-Musician-Poet-Composer look for flat or WG

Hi!

My name is Patrick Seacastle (or Sjöborg (swedish)

I am a prolific composer-pianist, 40years, charmy, and kind, youthful, and I need a place to do my composing (no worries, headphones are there), and to live in.
I have been in Berlin for 3 years now, and I plan to stay some years more.
No Pets.
I don't party too much. I have money to stay on top of things for some years more. I am philosophical, and joky.
I like George Carlin, Bill Hicks, know a LOT about cinema, and culture.

My music is from A to Z. 'Almost everything', cause I just like everything.
I am kind of drug-free, but I do not resent people who use whatever they use because they use it.
If I resent someone it is for other reasons, like incompatible personalities, too much drugs, the other person does not like me, he peed on my rug, ideas/politics at war, sterility. But well, it does not happen so often. I am kind of a cheerful, joky chap, with a serious knee-wound.
I hope that gives kind of an idea of 'who the beep are you' question for the WG-lookers.
Speaks a couple of languages too.
