Hello,

I am Danie a master student at Humboldt Universitat zu Berliin.I am looking for a studio in Berlin to enter next ASAP My budget is 500 euros / month (with utilities). Able to pay a reasonable deposit (500 euros) + 2 month rent from the beginning. I prefer a one year term but short terms are welcome. Neighbourhoods required: Mitte, Moabit, Tiergarten, Prenzlauerberg, Schoneberg, Friedichchain, Kreuzberg, Neukolln.

Utilities included within the rent (taxes, internet, water, gas supply, electricity). A furnished room must have a bed with matress, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair at least. The common areas must be furnished too (Kitchenware above all).

About me/

I am friendly 26 year old male student. I shared before in Barcelona and Istanbul. I speak English, Spanish, Catalan and some French. I am able to visit from 20 october Nevertheless, we may chat first on Skype, email, or even Facebook. You may find my contact info below my signature.
