Seeking temp 1 rm apartment to move into at the start of December

Aussie male, early 30s, in Berlin for travel and presently seeking a 1-2 room apartment to move into from the start of December preferably in Neukölln or Kreuzberg. Ideally, I would like to rent the apartment on a temporary basis for at least 2 to 3 months with a view to a more permanent arrangement once I take up work. I am also open to the idea of living in small and relaxed WG with artists, musicians. Max monthly rent is 550.

Ok, so about me! I don't smoke, but enjoy a beer. I am minimal meaning there is generally a minimal amount of mess or use of the premises that I live in. I'm not one of those big party animals, don't mind a night out, but also enjoy a quiet night in. A very responsible attitude to the environment that I would be living in would be assured. Since I am seeking a short term arrangement, I would be willing to pay more than one months rent up front.
