Vertrauenswuerdiger Neuberliner sucht 1-2 Raum Wohnung

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer oder einer kleinen Wohnung zur
Zwischenmiete oder auch für länger. Ich komme aus Oxford in England und
arbeite als freiberuflicher Webdesigner und Lehrer, bin aber vor kurzem
in Berlin angekommen und auf der Suche nach neuen Jobs. Deshalb suche
ich nach einem Zimmer mit geselligen und offenen Mitbewohnern und
Mitbewohnerinnen, mit denen ich auch die Möglichkeit habe an meinen
deutschen Sprachkenntnissen zu arbeiten und mit euch Zeit zu verbringen.
Da ich gern zu Hause koche, lese oder arbeite und selbst ordentlich
bin, suche ich nach einem Ort, der es auch ist.

Ich koch sehr gern, auch mit anderen gemeinsam, und würde meine
Ernährung als Pescetarisch beschreiben, aber ich bin sehr tolerant
anderen Ernährungsweisen gegenüber. Generell bin ich eher jemand, der
mit Freunden zu Hause ein Glas Wein trinkt, statt eines party animals,
aber auch Parties besuche ich gern. Ich interessiere mich sehr für
Politik und Technologie, bin gut darin Computer zu reparieren, gehe gern
auf Konzerte, zu Ausstellungen oder fahre hinaus auf's Land. Um fit zu
bleiben spiele ich Fußball, gehe laufen und klettern. Dabei, wie auch
wenn ich fotografieren gehe, seid ihr herzlich eingeladen mitzukommen.

Meine Miete bezahle ich immer pünktlich und zuverlässig und kann, wenn
es notwendig ist, auch mein Einkommen nachweisen.

Berlin ist eine wunderschöne Stadt und ich freue mich darauf, hier ein
neues zu Hause aufzubauen.

I'm looking for a flatshare for a few months, possibly longer. I'm an English freelance web designer with my own company, and also a teacher, from Oxford. I'm looking to work in Berlin for a little while, and I've recently arrived.

I'm looking for a place with sociable tenants, who will hopefully give me an opportunity to practise my German whenever possible! I am clean and tidy, and I'm looking for a room which is too. I like to read and work from home, but I will be working in offices in Berlin too, so I will not be around all the time.

I'm very tolerant of other's eating habits, and I would describe my diet as pescetarian. I like to cook, and happily share food with others.
I'm more of a 'glass of wine and have friends over' sort of chap than a party animal, but I can happily do either. I like politics and technology, I'm good at fixing other people's computers , and I like going to music events in Berlin, exhibitions, and going out into the country. I play football, I run to keep fit, I take photos, and I climb - so if any of you would like to join me, please, be my guest.

I pay rent very promptly and reliably, and I can provide proof of income.

Berlin is a beautiful city, looking forward to making a new home here!
