Ich suche eine 1 - 1,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon ab 2. OG aufwärts. Ich und mein Kater suchen ein neues Zuhause für einen Neustart. Ich bin Physiotherapeutin und kann warm maximal 450€ zahlen. Da ich seit 7Jahren in Kreuzberg arbeite, macht es Sinn für mich eine längere Fahrzeit als 45min zu vermeiden. Eine große Küche wäre toll. Und ein Bad mit Wanne und Fenster ebenfalls. Der WBS ist in Arbeit.
