Looking for a nice 1-room apartment near a Ubahn or Sbahn station, preferably U2.
Living by myselft, no smoking, no pets
Budget flexible, around 600 Euros. From 1.11.16. Flexible about the length.
I am an entrepreneur/ engineer manager, got online business and work in an office in Berlin. Have lived in many countries, mainly China for 8 years.
I am friendly, respectful, well educated, and clean. Speak some German, fluent English, Spanish and Chinese. Like traveling, cooking at home and water sports.
Some years ago I like going out a lot, now prefer some wine and nice dinner with friends. I like talking and meeting people with different experience.
