I'm very close to finishing a book, and I'd like to do the last draft in this city where I've made friends over the last few months.

I'm looking for a quiet, furnished flat with a big table to work at, lots of light, a comfortable bed and a sofa. And it needs to be close to a park that's big enough to run in – like Hasenheide.

If you have a place available for part of the time, please let me know - I can always move after a month or so.

I'm 43, and I do training and freelance writing work for companies, as well as writing novels (this will be my second).

I'm very friendly, considerate and reliable, and I take good care of things. If you have plants (or even a cat) in the flat, I can feed and water them. And I have enough money saved to cover rent for a few months, so you don't need to worry about that.
