Ich, Student an der FU Berlin, suche eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung, welche in Uninähe liegt. Da ich Student bin, suche ich bis 400€ warm und nach Möglichkeit sollten keine größeren Umbauartbeiten mehr anstehen. Eine Einbauküche und ggf. Waschmaschine wären ideal, ansonsten ist an Einrichtung alles soweit vorhanden.
