Dear all,
My name is Alexandr, I am a twenty five years old young professional and from the beginning of August 2016 I am employed as Data Scientist. At the moment, I am looking for one room apartment to move in. I have stable (and even increasing) income and can afford apartment in range of 400-550 euros warm rent.
I would prefer a location of Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or Wedding. I am clean and quiet person (no kids, no pets, not a smoker), and since I recently moved to Berlin I am looking for a furnished apartment. I can provide all necessary documents: ID, proof of income, Schufa (request now) , etc.
