I'm an Italian professional (33 years-old) working full time as programme officer for a German NGO. I'm looking for a 1 room flat (with kitchen) from April 1st, max rent (warm) €650 - ideally in Kreuzberg, Mitte, Neukolln, Charlottenburg, Prenzlauer Berg, but happy to consider various locations.
I am a very clean and quite person, I don't smoke. If you need any reference, I can easily provide them to you also in German.
If you have something with a later move-in date, please let me know as I may still be interested.
