AUSTRALIAN COUPLE with big hearts and a desire to nest in Beautiful Berlin, very flexible!

Dear Berlin, we love you, and were open for anything.

My partner and I are Australian, a little quirky, raised in the bush and beaches of Australia, a creative couple of humans who like a lot of tea and biscuits and have decided to nest in Berlin for a few months, well, because it's wonderful.
We're a health conscious yoga humans. We don't drink and party... kinda sometimes act like old people in our habits, really, though we are both under 25.

I understand people want rental history, work pay slips etc.... we can dig those up for you if needed, thing is it's just all based from Newcastle, in Australia ?
we can show you bank statements if that is easier!

We have never rented in Germany before and would love to know any information we need to gather to be able to rent

We're very honest and transparent kind of people, we have enough money and deposit to pay you up front. Cash or whatever ?

while we're here we will be studying at Deutsche speaking school and grounding ourselves after 3 months of European travel... We will be leaving Berlin in October for our summer jobs (summer in the Southern Hemisphere!) and will be back around early Jan/late December, in the new year were going to develop wings and turn into university students and study in the city.
So we're flexible to end the lease in October.
A 5/6month contract is what we're dreaming of, of course dreams aren't always reality so something close to that will be incredible. But there is a promise of us being back in 2 to 3 months ?
Would love to chat with you more about the apartment as
we're very very interested. At the moment we are in the UK but honestly at this point, we can work around you with dates etc to be back for, to look at the place, catch up for coffee, etc etc etc.
