Hi, my names is Anastasia and I will be moving to Berlin for a job in a NGO in democracy. I am looking for a flat for a long term rent, either furnished or unfurnished, preferably in Kreuzberg or Neukölln. I would take the flat for at least a year or even longer and would take care of it, as I would like it to feel like home :) It would be great if it has a balcony for warm summer nights and a nice view, but it is of course flexible.
I can visit the apartment in April, as I will be already in Berlin and would like to take it from the beginning of May or at least in the first two weeks. I don't speak German for now, but hopefully this will change in the course of the year.
