Room for a Student

Dears,

I'm looking for a furnished room in Lichtenberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and / or Neukolln, preferably starting from the middle of September.

Knowing me, my name is Ahmed Wafik, I'm a 25 years old Egyptian that is currently working as a Senior Analyst in Multinational company DELL EMC & will be coming to my first study semester in HTW Berlin for MBA & Engineering program.

I'm friendly and always open to knowing new people from all the world with their different cultures and i have also had the opportunity to be a leader on groups of internationals through an organization called Aiesec here in Egypt. I'm very fond of playing Tennis Table (used to play as a professional), Soccer & Gymnastics, I like playing cards & I'm having a good knowledge on middle eastern History, culture & IT / Technology world for some productive chit-chats. I know Arabic, English [if anyone is interested in learning :)] & currently learning Deutsche.

Being responsible of interns / foreign apartments before in Aiesec Egypt, I would be very keen to keep your room in its clean and tidy shape with furniture in place same as you have handed it over to me & in case of any damages I will make sure to make you well informed and compensated. I would also be keen to keep a good touch with you for any other updates.

Prices to rang from 250 to 300 Euros & to preferably be in StudierendenWerk dorms. I would be flexible with different options & rules.
