Hello Everyone,
I am coming to Berlin for my Ph.D. program. My name is Janek I am 30 yo and I am looking for a long-term rental in reasonable proximity from Charite - Mitte. For the last 18 months, I have been living in the USA in Boston working in Academia.
What do I look for: One or two rooms ideally furnished but it is not a stellar requirement. It would be great if a commute to Charite- Mitte did not take longer than 30 minutes. I like to cook at home and I expect to be fairly busy at School for the most part of the week.
I will have a steady salary for 3-4 years so I can make long-term commitments. I am clean, responsible and respectful. Please let me know if your offer matches my needs - I am sure we will get along.
