Searching for a 1-person studio starting from March/April.

I am a 25 y/o young IT professional who has been living in Berlin for 1+ years (sadly my German is not that good still, sorry :( ). I am currently employed part-time but I wil finish my master and switch to a full-time contract from March onwards, hence I would like to find a cozy 1-person studio (can afford up to ~700€ warm depending on location).

Can move in anytime from March, preferred locations in the east side of the city but will consider anything within the ring. I don't have any special requirements for the flat, as long as it has all the usual amenities (a balcony or garden would be a big plus :D).
