I am looking for a long-term flat from Mid or End Feb

Hi friends,
I am proactively searching for a room or a 1-room flat for a long-term stay. My preferred locations are Schöneberg, Moabit, Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg or its vicinity. However, it's not a must as long as it's not so far away from those areas. The ideal price for me is maximum 450 Euro for a WG room or 650 Euro for a 1-room flat. Anmeldung is a must for me. Possible move-in date: Mid February 2019.

Some details about me:
I have been in Germany since 2016. I have been living and working in Berlin for 2 years. I have to move out of my current shared flat from March 1st for some unexpected reasons, nothing personal so you don't need to worry about my personality. I have lived in WG for such a long time in Germany and all former flatmates are happy with me. WG is absolutely fine for me, but I also want to give a shot for an own flat.
