Hi everyone,
I'm Hubert and I recently moved to Berlin to work for a large German company. I am originally from Canada but moved and lived in multiple cities in Europe, most recently Rotterdam. I'm looking for a solo flat (1-room is perfect) for around 600-650 Euros/mo warm for a long-term occupancy. Not super picky on neighbourhood.
I have a good salary so I will have no issues with being on-time for rent. I also do not smoke or have pets so there isn't any worry regarding property damage.
