My boyfriend and I are looking for a one room flat for a 6 month (or longer) lease starting April 1st 2019. Ideally in Kreuzberg, Neukolln, or Friedrichshain. We are looking for a furnished flat that is equipped with a washing machine, oven, stove, and refrigerator and freezer. We are clean individuals who do not smoke or own any pets. We are both from the United States and my boyfriend currently works in the banking industry here in Berlin. I am taking German language courses for the time being. Ideally the flat will have safe bike storage and be in a good neighborhood.
