Ich suche langfristig eine 1-Zimmer Whg um alleine zu wohnen. Mein Mietvertrag läuft am 15.03 ab! Ich wohne jetzt in Oberschöneweide in 2'er WG, bin sauber, mag kochen und backen, reise sehr oft, höre keine laute Musik, bin kein Party-Mensch. Hauptsache ist, dass eine Küche vorhanden ist und die Lage gute Verkehrsanbindung (BVG) hat.
