My name’s Iris and I’m from California, nice to meet you! I just turned 23 on September 4th and I graduated from University last December as a communications/PR major. Personality wise I’d say I’m pretty outgoing, friendly and really easy to get along with. I enjoy art, music, and the culture scenes. Lastly, I love to make people laugh and feel comfortable around me, probably explains why I majored in communications.

I came to Berlin for an internship at a new startup and I’m looking for a place to stay for the next 3 months starting in October. Ideally, I need a place from October 1st till January 31st, but an extension is also possible! I'd love to take care of your home for the time being! My internship pays pretty well, I have a few thousand saved, and my mom will also be sending me money from California, so no need to worry about the rent payments. If you need, I can also send you a Bürgschaftserklärung from my mom for extra security.

In addition, since I am from California I will need a Mietvertrag and a Einzugsbestätigung vom Vermieter.

If you want to know more about me and my habits, it’s safe to say I’m pretty clean and organized. For even further details, I fold all my clothes after drying and I definitely organize my closet by color and category lol.
