31-year-old Ed looking for a flat (or a one-room flat)

Hello,
My name is Ed (Edoardo), and I am writing to you because I am very interested in your flat :)
I bet you'd like to know something about me first, so here you are:
I am 31, I come from Italy, and I'm gonna leave the sun and sea to relocate and work in Berlin. I work as a sound producer for media and Berlin is just the perfect fit for me. Before this, I've lived and worked abroad for 7 years, renting flats all across Europe, from London to Copenhagen and Krakow. I am a very quiet and wise person, I do no partying or such things and I lead a very balanced life in order to be work-efficient everyday (yes, Sundays count as well!).
Besides work, I love travelling, reading, watching movies/series, cooking and hanging with people, when I have time.

I don't speak much German, although I studied it in school for 5 years and I've travelled every month to see my girlfriend in Aachen last year. Apart from that, I am very determined to make the most out of my future Berlin life, and that's why a cozy place (such yours) will be perfect for me!
I am looking for a flat starting from January, but any time right before or after would suit me just fine.
