Female software developer looking for long term flat

Hello! I’m a 25 year old software developer and singer songwriter from Los Angeles, California, looking for a new home. Some important details about me:

-Non smoker
-Full time employment as a mobile developer
-degree in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley
-fluent in English and Spanish
-Love yoga, cooking, reading, and writing songs with my ukulele
-A1 in German, and am taking lessons

I came to Berlin a year ago to record songs with an electronic record label. I’ve always loved music and singing, and it was my dream to live abroad as a performer. In addition to music, I work full time as a developer, coding an app that helps people reach their goals and achieve personal growth. In the past I have also worked as a technology teacher, an event planner, and a campaign organizer.
I’ve been living in a flat share for the past year and am ready to find my own place now, somewhere I can keep clean and quiet and safe. Because my days are very busy, I’m hoping for something peaceful to come home to, where I can cook a nice meal, do some yoga, and relax.
