Hihi, I am Xiaochu, a third-year Ph.D student and I am trying to write the last bit of my dissertation here in Berlin. I've had a really positive experience of finding an amazing flat for November via WG-gesucht and therefore I might try my luck again and now looking for a one-bedroom flat for December. Very flexible with the move-in&out dates and my maximum budget is 600 EURO.
I will, again, spend most of my time in the library so will be great to find a place that I can chill in the evening. Happy to take care of any non-human babies and it would be amazing if your flat has a cat that might need to be taken care of while you are away. I am an extremely experienced cat-sitter and have very solid reference from different cat parents.
