Do you offer a room in a shared flat or a 1-room apartment? I would be so happy to hear more about the offer!
I'm Sanda, an architect working in an architectural office. I consider myself as friendly, sociable, helpful, funny, open-minded, respectful, relaxed and clean human being and I do not smoke if that's important. If it`s important, I do speak German but it can always be better :)
So far I've always had the luck to have great relationships with my flatmates and I am happy to do whatever I can to make my next flat share the same, meaning I am friendly and respectful, keep everything clean.
I am ready to move in on November, 1, 2020 and before that it would be great to meet and see the place any time! I am interested in possibly long-term rent.
