Looking for a single room/studio

Ich habe kürzlich ein Stellenangebot in Berlin erhalten und suche daher ab dem 1. Juni 2021 längerfristig ein Einzelzimmer / Studio. Es wäre schön, wenn das Studio-Apartment / Einzelzimmer einen Balkon und einen Fernseher hätte. Betrachtet man eine Preisspanne von rund 700 Euro einschließlich aller Kosten, vorzugsweise in den oben genannten Bezirken. Auch würde es vorziehen, einen Keller für die Aufbewahrung von Gepäck / Fahrrad zu haben. Ich bin eine sehr saubere Person und habe keine Haustiere. Ich rauche auch nicht. Aber ich habe einige Freunde, die mich von Zeit zu Zeit besuchen werden.

I recently received a job offer in Berlin and so I am looking for a single room/studio from the 1st of June 2021 for a longer term. It would be nice if the studio apartment/single room has a balcony and TV. Looking at a price range around 700 euros including all the costs preferably in the districts mentioned above. Also would prefer to have a basement for storing luggage/bicycle. I am a very clean person, and I do not have any pets. I do not smoke as well. But I have some friends who will visit me from time to time.
