Employed doctoral student/Wimi searching an apartment or studio

Hello dear renter,
I am a female doctoral student in HU Berlin and searching for a place to stay. My monthly wage is following TVL-E13 (appr. €1900 now), with positive Schufa (request now) .

At the moment I'm living in Spandau, but since next sommersemester my research project will move to Potsdam, so I'm searching for an apartment which has comfortable access near my both working place, i.e. near S-bahnhof Charlotteburg, Zoologische Garten, or Tiergarten. The place near these stations even though not stright forward is also lovely.

I wish to have an apartment with kitchen, Badwanne, and it should be furnished. If it is suitable, I think I could rent it for at least 3 years, that is the duration of my doctoral contract.

In addition, I am a bit cleanliness, therefore I will keep the apartment in a very well status. I have no pet and never smoke, prefer quite instead of party. I believe I could become your ideal roomer.

If you have such an apartment or a studio to rent, I am very happy to hearing from you! (I can also speak German but not as good as English)
