Hello, I’m a 26 years old girl from Italy currently working at zalando. I’m looking for a flat on my own max 650 warm (internet included) or a WG room max 490 warm (max with 1 more person and only working person). I don’t have any preference on the area, but friedrichshain, prenzlauerberg, Mitte and Lichtenberg would be better cause they are close to the office.
I’m a calm person, I like travelling and going out with friends. I’m not really into clubs, but I prefer to organize dinners. I love reading books, especially biographies and I’m a great cook.
I don’t smoke. I don’t have pets, but I love dogs. I don’t play any instrument.
I speak Italian and English, but I’m currently doing a German course cause I think it’s really important to learn the language of the country I’m living in.
I already lived abroad twice: in the USA and in Cyprus, so I know what taking care of a flat means. I’ve been an exchange student in Ohio during the fourth year of high school and an erasmus students at the university of Cyprus.
I like to live in a clean flat, so I always take care of the common spaces.
I have all the documents ready and I can bring them to the visit.
