Hello,
I'm Emily, I'm a Canadian who just moved to Berlin in Novemeber to work at Windobona as an indoor skydiving instructor!
I am searching for my own apartment, it does not matter the number of rooms. Preferably more central but for the right place I will look anywhere! Max 600€ warm rent. Furniture would be great but unfurnished is fine as well.
I am looking for long term rent! I am happy to sublease a place if you are leaving for a bit, and do not need registration. I am not a partier so your stuff will be safe with me, (I am great with plants!)
I am also happy to take over any furniture or a lease and can provide a schufa (request now) and income statements.
I need to move in February 1st, and can provide the deposit ahead of time.
