Hallo, ich werde ab April an der UdK Berlin Schlagzeug studieren und suche dringend ein Einzelappartment. Ich bin tagsüber eigentlich immer mit dem Studium beschäftigt, abends koche ich gerne oder lese, wenn ich Zeit habe. Ich rauche nicht und achte besonders auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Die Unterkunft sollte nicht mehr als 660 Euro insgesamtmiete pro Monat kosten, ein Einzug wäre ab 1.4 bis 1.5 möglich. Ich freue mich über alle Angebot!
