Hallo,
ich suche ab sofort eine kleine Wohnung für mich allein. Ich wohne seit 6 Jahren in Berlin und arbeite als Verkäufer in einem Luxusladen am Hackeschen Markt (unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag). Ich bin also finanziell unabhängig und abgesichert. Ich bin eine respektvolle und ruhige Person, rauche nicht und habe keine Tiere.
Schufa (request now) und Mietschuldenfreiheit für meine derzeitig gemeldete Wohnung liegen vor.
