Hello !
My name is Noémie, I am a French 23 years old and have been living in Berlin for almost three years now :) I work in marketing full time for a supplement company
I am currently looking for a 1 room/ flat starting September as my current appartment will sadly be taken back :/
My budget is 700€ Warm if we want to respect the « earn 3x times the loan  » limit. Although I’m open to 900€ Warm max. Ideally the flat would be within the ring, but areas like friedenau, North of Steglitz would be convenient as well :)
I’ll gladly consider all offers so don’t hesitate to send me your accommodations !
