Guten Tag, ich suche eine Wohnung!

Ich bin jetzt voll berufstätig und langsam zu alt für WGs. Meine Freundin und ich suchen zwar auch eine Wohnung für uns, aber das ist ja nicht ganz so einfach und ich muss zum 1. November aus meiner jetzigen WG ausziehen.

Wie der Titel schon sagt, bin ich aufgeräumt und unkompliziert, habe neben der Arbeit gerne meine Ruhe und bin ein zuverlässiger Mieter. Ich kann alle gewünschten Nachweise vorlegen: saubere SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, Lohnabrechnungen.

Ich arbeite als Innenarchitekt in einem namhaften Berliner Designbüro und bin unbefristet angestellt.

In meiner Freizeit gehe ich sehr viel spazieren, verbringe Zeit mit meiner Freundin und meinen Freunden und höre viel Musik, und ich finde eine respektvolle Nachbarschaft wichtig.

Hello, I am looking for a flat!

I am now working full time and am slowly getting too old for flatshares. My girlfriend and I are also looking for a flat for us, but as you know, it's not that easy and I have to move out of my current flat-share on 1 November.

As the title says, I am tidy and uncomplicated, like to have my peace and quiet apart from work and am a reliable tenant. I can provide all the requested proof: clean SCHUFA (request now) information, rent debt-free certificate, pay slips.

I work as an interior designer in a well-known Berlin design office and have a permanent contract.

In my free time I go for walks a lot, spend time with my girlfriend and friends and listen to a lot of music, plus I've never had any problems with my neighbours!
